Introduction

This article will help the user to troubleshoot Swipe to Full Screen Issues in iOS. Usually, the main cause of the Swipe-Up notification is the game is still being launch using PlayMobile, an older launcher for Play'n GO games.
 Using ContainerLauncher instead of PlayMobile will eliminate this issue as ContainerLauncher verifies that all elements and features are performing to their highest capabilities. ContainerLauncher can be used on both Mobile and Desktop platforms.

Prerequisites

The user should have information related to their PID number, Game ID (GID), and the Game Launch URL (GLU) in the respective environment.

Process

Using Container Launcher

1. Change the Game Launch URL (GLU) using the sample format below:

Desktop

Note: Replace <datacenter> with the 3-letter string provided to you during the integration stage. Change <PIDXX> to your PID number and the <GameName> to GID.
