Introduction
This article will help the user resolve issues where there is an error related to Hardware Acceleration. Hardware Acceleration cannot be disabled in Android and iPhone smartphones, MacBook with macOS Catalina (version 10.15) and up so this article is mostly applicable to windows desktop users.
Issues
User are receiving an error message “Something went wrong. Hardware Acceleration is disabled. Please enable it to continue.”
Process
Chrome
1. For Chrome browsers, click the 3 dots 
and then click Settings in the upper right part of your screen.
2. Go to System and toggle on the “Use hardware acceleration when available.”
Microsoft Edge
1. For Microsoft Edge browsers, click the 3 dots 
in the upper right corner of your screen then click Settings.
2. Go to System and performance and enable the “Use hardware acceleration when available”
Troubleshooting
Unable to access the games still even after enabling the hardware acceleration
- Please try to clear cache and cookies then reboot your computer.
