Introduction

This article will help the user understand what information is needed to request an RTP change on Play'n GO games.

Prerequisites

The following information is needed when requesting an RTP change on Play'n GO games.

• PID: on which PID is this RTP change is to be performed?
• Environment: is this RTP change to be performed on Stage, Production or both?
• Games: is this RTP change to be performed on specific games or on all games*?
  (if for all games, specify if the RTP change to be performed on all current live games, future game releases, or both)
• Current RTP value: what is the current RTP value on the game(s) this RTP change is to be performed on?
• New RTP value: what is the required RTP value on the game(s) this RTP change is to be performed on?
  (Play'n GO offers the following RTP values: 84, 87, 91, 94, 96)
• RTP level for this change: is this RTP change to be performed on a Jurisdiction, Brand or Global level?
  • if Jurisdiction Level*: choose the Jurisdiction you want the RTP value to be changed on
  • if Brand level: choose the Brand you want the RTP value to be changed on
  • If Global level: specify that the RTP value is to be changed on a global level

*UK Jurisdiction (UKGC) changes ONLY, please specify:

- Will you make the arrangements for displaying the pop-up notification for this RTP value change? If you require Play'n GO to display the pop-up, please specify this.

- The date & time for this RTP value change. This is especially important to coordinate the pop-up notification with the RTP value change, whether you are displaying the pop-up notification or you require Play'n GO to display it.
